Expert: Dr.Paul Skett - 6/23/2009

Question
sir,i had finished my graduation in biotech.i want to join for higher education.can you please inform me that whether biotechnology or biochemistry is mor opportunistic?

Answer
Hi, Maya,

In general Biochemistry would be a better option as it is more general and gives you a broader scope of possible careers at the end of it - this is particularly useful in the current economic climate where jobs are hard to come by (and will be for quite a few years to come).
