Question
First I know we need to see someone .

My wife has been diagnose with Post traumatic stress and bipolar disorder .

I myself  have symptoms of depression and maybe more ....its hard to ell which are real and which are just ordinary problems.....

where do we start .... we cannot afford to see several diff people but we need the help to save our marriage

Answer
Hi, Darren,

Its hard for me to give any sort of advice as I have no idea what sort of psychiatric care is available in your location.

If there is a large medical center in your community, especially one affiliated with a medical school, that might be the lace to center your care.

Best regards . . .
