Question
Why would someone with Bipolar be promiscuous but always come back to one person? (he is dating one girl but still doesnt want to let me go) Why?

Answer
Hi, Jennifer . . .

There is no way that I can explain the behavior of a specific individual without spending time with that individuals. But I can hypothesize that the man has some attachment to you but that because of the impulsivity that results from his bipolar disorder he is unable to resist the impulse to gratify the sexual attraction he feels toward other women.

Best regards . . .

Ivan
