Thanks in advance""

Answer
Hi    chmarkh Elhadj,

AS a Nutritional Psychologists I do not favour drug treatment for mood disorder, except in extreme cases. Any questions on side effects of drugs should be addressed to the doctor prescribing the drugs.  Depression is a physiological disorder that can be treated by a change in nutrition.

Depression is a Nutritional Disorder at:

and discuss with a Nutritionl Doctor, Clinical Nutritionist or a Nutritional Psychologist. But I suggest that you try self-help therapy first.

If you are using AD medication, I suggest you consider gradually withdrawing from drugs when you start to feel better on the hypoglycemic diet.
