Question
Hello Mr Plesman
I've been a bipolar from age 12.Now I'm 24.I've been under many treatments but because of my sensitive colones I can't eat so many of drugs. Now I consume 'Colomipramine" and "Luvox".My problem is that I have so many day-dreams and also a kind of OCD so I can't focus. Is there any way for getting free of these day dreams? I will go soon to have a Hypnotism treatment for my OCD,I hope it can help for forgetting.
Also Is it possible to introduce me a good website about bipolar news and learnings?
Thanks alot for helping

Answer
HI Sahar,

As a a nutritional psychologist i see emotional problems being related to a metabolic disorder. There are many alternative approaches to your problems, but these needs to be worked out with a Nutritional Doctor. As to side effects of drugs, this needs to be discussed with your doctor.
