Question
IS insomnia related to bi polar , I was diagnosed wit it . I dont believe the doctors . Im to calm a person to have it. I dont have mood swings . I have problems sleeping at night and for consecutive hours. I dont have bi polar , just sleep problems. Is there something i could take naturally for the sleep problems? I've tried 5htp melatonin it doesnt work.

While insomnia may be a symptom of bipolar disorder, many people without bipolar disorder have insomnia.
