Question
Is it possible that I have Bipolar dso.? I often feel like i have extreme emotions. I am always sad and frustrated. I have terrible mood swings. Always angry and when im mad i feel like I want to get even and have thoughts of hurting those who wronged me.
I'm scared of myself. I know that sometimes I cant control myself and would get involve in a fight.
I have a hard time sleeping as well. I have racing thoughts of different thoughts some bad and good.
Please help. Thank u.

I am not allowed to even attempt to make a diagnosis via the internet.
It certainly is possible that you may have a mood disorder of some sort of psychiatric disorder. The only way to determine what is going on would be for you to have an evaluation by a psychiatrist.
