Question
First how long should it take a good pdoc to get my ADHD/Bi-Polar son stabilized in PTRF facility?

Second my son is 11 should one med at a time be introduced so that he can be educated about the med and learn to give feedback to the pdoc to learn to advocate for himself as he takes an active role in his treatment?

Third how do you know when you have reach therapeutic levels with lamictal before you add in risperdal?

Fourth how high on dosing can you go on risperdal for an 11 year old at 73 pounds?

Do I have a problem if on Tenex 1mg in the am and Tenex 1mg at 3pm my son is still hyper all day and then falls asleep at 5pm. Something seems off here.

Answer
Elizabeth, I believe I answered most of these on in the last message.  I can't tell you the correct dosage or how long because every person is different.  Without knowing your son and his history personally, it would be impossible to predict.  I will say, however, the normal length of time to know if a medication is working is six weeks.  If it isn't working by then, it is best to try a different dosage or another medication.
