Question
i have really bad mood swings,i have thoughts of death alot, all i want to do is be alonewhats wrong with me, please help

Answer
Hi, Paul . . .

Most people who have severe mood swings accompanied by thoughts of death are not going crazy, but are suffering from a mood disorder of some type. Such mood swings are VERY uncomfortable and with the proper diagnosis and treatment can be gotten under control.

The most important thing is that you get to a psychiatrist who can make a proper diagnosis and start treatment. If you do not know a psychiatrist, your family doctor or clergyman can make a referral.

Best regards . . .
