Bipolar Disorder/bi polar

Question
Is bi polar disorder associated with ruminating?

Answer
Hi Cindy . . .

Some people with bipolar disorder have an obsessive-compulsive approach to the world. Some of these people will engage in a good deal of rumination no matter what their mood.

Other people while not obsessive-compulsive in general, will engage in a good deal of rumination when depressed.

Best regards . . .

Ivan
