Question
Hello there. I just wanted to ask your advice to see if it is ok to take Vitamin B6 and Magnesium for pms - this is made worse by my bipolar and my age (47). I take Lamictal and Citalopram. Have recently started taking high strength Omega 3. Have read about Agnus Castus to balance hormones?? Controversial?! Cannot take hormones or contraceptive pill (dont want to anyway). Any advice on this one please.

Answer
HI Jayne,

Well, you seem to be on the right track.  It is always wise to try out natural treatments, before embarking on drug therapy.

Search our web site for "Bipolar Disorder". "Lecithin for Bipolar Disorders".
