Question
im a 23 yrs old male ,my doctor is giving medication for adhd, and bipolar, its called focalin xr it making me worse, and i told my doctor that is was, only thing he did , he said he will make the dose higher, its was 10 mg, now its 20 mg, what should i do, it just making me worse

I suggest that you ask your doctor to treat you by nutritional means or refer you to a Nutritional Doctor. Please discuss with your doctor the following articles.
