Bipolar Disorder/How to get help

Question
My husband has been dealing with mental health issues, seek helped and did not get proper care.  In return he had a mental blackout, can not remember what happened and is now fighting for answers and his life.  We need help!!! My husband is a good man and what happened goes against everything he stands for. From the research I have done I believe my husband is bipolar.  Can someone that is incarcerated get proper care?

Answer
Tracy:

With your husband being incarcerated, the only thing available for him is to have his lawyer try and obtain a mental health evaluation.  Seeing that he was not receiving care before whatever happened, it is very unlikely he will be eligible for treatment now.  Talk to his lawyer and see if the lawyer can arrange anything.  Once a person is incarcerated, all the "rules" change.
