Bipolar Disorder/losing it

Question
I am 30 yrs old single guy and have been suffering from bipolar disorder for last 8 years and am on medication for the same. During the period, i have experienced delusions where i find that people talking about things with me in the center as if they are trying to imply something to me or my life directly or indirectly. I was doing well for the last six months but recently i have developed too much interest in sex. Also when some of my family members were talking on a different topic, i thought they were implying to me and i could find how exactly it matches with my situation. I am sure that if this goes on, i would completely turn insane, start considering others as enemies and conspirators and will lose any courage to live with this illness. Please advice.

Delusions plus increased sexual interest are often found in people with people with bipolar disorder. The combination of mood stabilizing and antipsychotic medications usually control such symptoms. If you have a psychiatrist discuss these symptoms with him/her . . . if you do not have a psychiatrist, find one who is experienced in treating people with bipolar disorder.
