Bipolar Disorder/lowering lithium

Question
hi jurriaan, im lowering lithium and increasing abilify in an attempt to get some weight off. I hope it works. can you lose weight eliminating or reducing lithium. I have tried dieting and exercise but im convinced that the only way im going get weight off is to reduce the lithium. what do you think about all this?

current meds:
lithium 900mg
abilify 20mg

The most effective way of reducing weight or tab or at least is to avoid defined carbohydrates as in sugar. See;
