Question
hi jurriaan, i have an appetite problem with abilify. is there any diet or replacement medication i can take that won't cause weight gain. im getting really desperate to lose this weight. i have been bipolar for 23 years also. what advice would you give me that would help. thanks.

Answer
Hello Christopher,

I am sorry to hear you are bipolar. But bipolar people can help themselves by adopting the hypoglycemic diet ( http://www.hypoglycemia.asn.au/2011/the-hypoglycemic-diet/), This may improve the situation, although it is not a cure.

Please discuss this with your doctor.
