Question
currently i am suffering from depression (i am 32 years old male)
actually my first depression started on march 2003 and without taking any tablet that time it was stopped
the symptoms during that time was ,i had negative thoughts ,i felt that in my ear some one was telling some thing ,accordingly  my activites were there,that time i had love failure ,

my second depresion occured in may 2005 ,that time , i was out of my control ,i felt that in my ear some one was telling some thing ,accordingly  my activites were there ,had negative thoughts , i felt that whatever i think ,it was tracked by others ,and my thoughts were known to others ,and felt some ghost had affected my thoughts,felt i had seen some ghost around my house i consulted a phycartist that he given me along with other tablets ,Quitpin 100 mg tablets were given for me ,then later reduced into Quitpin 25 mg tabelts

since i am working as a software engineer , i went to singapore on march 2006 ,then i stopped the tablets ,then after some time during may 2006 i had same depression on may 2006 ,while i was in singapore , i suffered a lot ,i had severe negative thoughts ,thoughts were i am going to be trapped in prision, some death were going to occur in family, icould not able to work properly, then i came back to india
i was admited in hospital for two weeks
then after treatment i recoverd

now i am under control, getting consulting with phycartist ,initally he had given me quitpin 100 mg (0-0-1 ), Sizodon 2mg (0-0-1) and pacitane 2mg (1-0-0) ,later the dose was reduced ,quitpin was stopped,now i consume
Sizodon 2mg (0-0-1) and pacitane 2mg(1-0-0) daily

now i had recovered ,but some times neagtive thoughts arise , when i go to very olden temples feel that building will be collapsed , nad might be trapped inside it.

now my drawback for me once in two weeks ,during evening time ,i feel uneasy it last for 4 -5 hrs, like the objects around me moving faster then normal , objects look very brighter than appear ,specially the RED,BLUE and green color appear to be brighter than normal ,during that time ,my conceration control is low ,i am feel ver much uneasy during that time, and my wife tells ,my face looks very dull , darker during that time, during that time ,my thoughts were wavering , thoughts were abnormal ,feel like sedation during that time,felling uneasy in crowd area, then after having an sleep ,i return to normal condition,

for me why that abnormal condition occurs once in two weeks or less than that, i expalined the above sitaution to phycartist, he told ,some time the Gulcose flow to brain may be less during that time ,whether that is true ,what is the drawback with me, can you tell what is the DISORDER
with me , kindly advice me , he asked me to take EEG

currently i take Sizodon 2mg (0-0-1) and pacitane 2mg(1-0-0) daily , whether the medicine is ok
how long should i take it , do these medicine affect my sexual life , kindly advice me
what is the DISORDER with me

Definitely take the EEG.  Entirely pain-free; results may be very useful to your doctor.

You have, or maybe had, some symptoms that most bipolar patients rarely do: voices telling you things in your ear.  What does/did your psychiatrist say about that?  

I am not familiar w/ the drug names.  If you can get exact spellings - or perhaps these are exact spellings - or if you can get the chemical or generic names of the meds, you may be able to find them in rxlist.com or via Google.

You should take the medicine, or some medicine, forever - because your disorder is chronic.  The goal is to have the fewest abnormal thoughts and behaviors as possible.  Sometimes meds will have to be increased, or decreased, or changed to one or more new meds...in order to maintain the best functioning possible.
