Answer
When you were a patient of depression, did a doctor say that you were depresses and did the doctor give you medicine for depression?  If so, how long ago did you start taking medicine, and do you still take some?

If you saw a doctor before for depression, it is time to return to that same doctor.  He or she can ask you some questions and examine you.  Then the doctor can tell what has changed and what medicine you should be on now.

That doctor will also not the head pain, and either suggest treatment or send you to another doctor who can.

I hope you have someone to help you do this, if you need help.  Please find anyone to help, if you cannot make an appointment and arrangements by yourself.  It could be a parent or relative or friend; anyone trustworthy.  Just tell them what you have told me.  Or, if you cannot, just say "I need to see this doctor, and I need you to help me get an appointment [and maybe also I want you to take me to the appointment."]

Thank you for writing.  I think some medicine can help.
