I'm 28 years old and I have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder for 13 years now. The problem that I have is starts even before I was married it seems the sex in a relation will all of the sudden get boring and that will make it where I will just all of the sudden have no feelings for who ever I'm with no warnings or anything then I got married and all of that seemed to stop happening I have been married for six years I don't know if it is me or what? What do you think?

Maybe ask another expert, or start w/ your psychiatrist or your family doctor.  But - whoever you ask:  I'm not clear from what you wrote.  The problem disappeared with marriage but has come back?  If so, how recently?  Did it happen w/ after a change of psych meds perhaps?

If your general health is good, and no psych meds are causing this NOW.....I would think of counseling or even Viagra.  I don't know how Viagra -- or something like it -- would work w/ your other meds, tho - I have no idea - and have no idea if, in general, it's an appropriate med for you.
