hi i have bipolar disorder and i want to know why it is that all my anger is towards my husband not my kids or anyone else . sometimes my mother but not nearly as bad. it is causeing a lote of problems with my marriage and i dont know what to do. i feel like im in a zome that i have no control over

I'm not sure why you are venting your anger toward your husband more thant towards other people.

It may have to do with one of the following reasons:

He annoys you by his attitude toward you and/or your Bipolar Disorder.

For some reason he is a "safe" target.

Her is more available than other possible targets for your anger.

He reminds you or someone from your past at whom you were very angry.

There are probably a million other possible reasons.
If your anger in putting a strain on the marriage, it would be a good idea for you to work on this problem with a psychotherapist's.
