Question
i am 16 years old and i have severe rls and i sort of have these blackouts, for example:, i am doing something, like typing, but it's like my brain is off, as if i was asllep, eyes open but not aware of what i was doing. and then i get back into "zone". and sort of question if what happened happened, i remeber what happened, but dont remeber how it happened. ex: i read, and "blackout" and i zone back in and i am at the end of the pargraph. i know it happened but i don't have any recollection of me getting to the point i "zoned" back in. could you help?

Answer
Dear Stephania,

I am not familiar with this condition and I suggest that you discuss this with your doctor. Perhaps he should refer you to a neurologist to get an answer.

This seems to be something that cannot be diagnosed over the internet.

I am sorry I cannot help you.
