Question
I am bipolar 26 year old.  Last night God told me that I must die to teach others how to live.  Was it God really talking to me?  Or am I having a psychotic episode?

Dear Rachel,

I think you may have a psychotic episode. This needs to be discussed with your psychiatrist.

If you go on a hypoglycemic diet this will also help reduce the symptoms and addition to medication.
