Question Can any of these be associated with sexual dysfunction?
Answer Idelle . . .
As soon as a question starting with "Can any of these . . ." is asked the short answer is almost always "Yes."
In clinical practice the three drugs you mention are occasionally associated with sexual problems in both men and women. Wellbutrin is often used in clinical practice as an antidote for the sexual side-effects of Prozac and other SSRIs. Sexual dysfunction has occasionally been reported in people taking Lamictal, but while I have treated 500+ patients with Lamictal I do not remember hearing about sexual side-effect more than 3 or 4 times. Geodon also has a low rate of sexual side-effects.
