Question
hello, over the last seven months i have felt different, kind of down, and get butterflies in my stomach often, it is harder to get up in the mornings as i feel down and nothing seems as real,and sometimes it feels as if my brain vibrates to make me dizzy, i never used to feel bad really before, i do take care of myself and im fit, i feel older or something, im 21 and in college,and this is affecting my focus and motivation also, my brothers friend has biopolar disorder is it possible that i caught it off him please help

I can understand that you feel somewhat worried about these symptoms. You cannot 'catch' bipolar disorder from anybody.

I suspect that you may have hypoglycemia that may cause you to feel anxious for no apparent reason and also somewhat depressed.
