Question
There is a pigeon that has been hanging around my neighbourhood(in Ireland).It has a tag on it:942646963GB8oF
What would be the best thing to feed it and how could i find who it belongs to?
Being that you're in Ireland, it's hard to say where the pigeon is from. In North America, we have a group that maintains records for all tagged pigeons:

The Royal Pigeon Racing Association handles all the tags for pigeons in the UK, Scotland, Ireland and Wales. You should contact them for further information: http://www.rpra.org/
