Birding/abt. blue birds

Question
What do i do when the mother blue bird looks like she has abandon her nest, 5 eggs. I saw the male blue bird come out of the nest yesterday but no female. Today one of the eggs had 2 holes in it. Pease tell me what to do.. I love my blue bird family and want to do all I ac. an to get them to come back.

It sounds like you have been the victim of a house wren attack. That is why you should always have 3 or 4 houses, as you will always lose some I would take the nest out and destroy the eggs.
