Question
what type of bird? looks similar to Dove (pure white) has red feet,, Fethers that protrude from back of head,, black collar,,with a (peacock sort of green in between white and black on back of neck,, and has black elbows on front of wings,,and some black in tail, with a small head

Answer
Could be a Turtle Dove or a European Collared Dove, but I'm a little confused. You said it is pure white but with a black collar and peacock green and black in wings and tail. So it's not pure white. And where do you live in the world where you saw this?
