Could you please help to identify this bird?

Approximately 3-4 inches long.
See attached photo. Sorry about the quality.
It wouldn't sit still very long and low light.

It would help me to know what state you were in. But given the size, the shape and length of the tail, and the needle-like beak, I'm thinking female Blue-Gray Gnatcatcher. The female is more dull in color.
