Birding/Mourning Dove abandoning babes

Question
I have some mourning doves that keep nesting on top of my garage door opener. We've tried to stop using it when we see they have moved in, but yesterday when the door opened, saw a couple of feathers in the chain.
The parents look like they have left the nest. I checked the babies and at least one of them is alive (as he blinked at me.) Will the parents be back or should I try to move them?

Answer
If the device is on the inside of a garage, then move them, because if you don't then will you leave your garage door open all of the time? Maybe there's a tree or lamp post right outside where you can place it, though there is not guarantee whatsoever that the parent birds, if still alive, will keep tending to the brood.
