Question
Hello. I have found to baby chimney sweep birds in a chimney and i don't know what to do. I have been handfeeding them and then i set them in a shoe box last night. When i woke up i found one dead so i buried him. The other one is alive and doing well. I have fed him a few times with a dropper by putting my finger near his mouth and making him open it. He is also on a heat pad. I just do not know what to do i am trying to raise him but i am scared he will die please help!

Answer
I don't know what kinds of birds these are so I can't give you specific advice. Best to contact your local wildlife rehab center if you have one. Or you can go to www.ornithology.com/rehab.html for links to advice on how to care for baby birds. Meanwhile, feed the birds moist food like dog food, but no water. Good luck and thanks for your concern.
