Question
Yesterday I witnessed 4 dead birds, at different times throughout the day, had
flown into walls and windows. They were just common birds. I live in New
Zealand and we experience a lot of earthquakes. Could there be an earthhquake
on the way? Have their navigational skills been affected by a natural disaster?

Answer
Well, this is migration time so there are lots of birds flying across countries across the world, many through unfamiliar areas. Spring and fall migration always results in lots of birds hitting buildings, microwave towers, etc. I'm sure it has nothing to do with an impending disaster of any kind.
