Question
can you advise on the best dates/places for watching birds of prey during migration across
the bosphorus in september. I am planning a 3 day
break based in Istanbul around mid month.

I was in Turkey last month and, if you haven't been there, found it to be wonderful, although bird watching is a bit difficult as it is very developed. Roger Lederer at Ornithology.com
