Birding/black crows

Question
Not sure I'm asking in the right place, but was wondering if you would know what or if anything it means when there are one or more black crows in your yard?

Answer
Without more information, I can't give you a specific answer. Crows are common birds and found throughout North America. So to have a few in your back yard is not unusual. There is certainly no significance to it. Ancient cultures used to put meanings to crows and Ravens, but these are just myths or old wive's tails. Roger Lederer at Ornithology.com
