Birding/finch nest abandoned

Question
we recently found a nest in a wreath on our door.  we moved the wreath to a window next to the door with an overhang. for 2 weeks or so ther has been a finch protecting 3 blue eggs constantly.  she flys away when we open the door and then quickly returns. we've noticed for the past 2 days she has not been in the nest.  we think we have seen her being fed by a male bird on our roof.  Has she abandoned the egg?  If so, why and what should we do with the eggs?

Answer
Avoid any more harassment to the bird or it's nest for at least 3 weeks. It is possible that the bird is visiting the nest while you are not aware, but it is possible that it has already abandoned it due to stress. In any case, if the egg still hasn't hatched by the 3rd week, it will surely be dead.
