Hello: I can't seem to find an answer to . .
What do the various sounds a mocking birds make mean?

Answer
The various sounds a mockingbird makes fall into two categories - courtship and territorialty - both are part of the same process of reproduction. There is no particular meaning to each sound. A mockingbird simply sings to attract a mate and to advertize that this is his territory. For more information on wild birds, see www.ornithology.com. Roger Lederer
