Question

Bird
I only see these birds come to my feeder in winter when food is scarce.  I can't find a matching picture online.

Answer
I believe it is a dark eyed Junco. They nest in the north and come south in the winter. If they feed on the ground and you see a patch of white when they fly away from you that is it. Do you have Bluebird houses? Please contact me at walshaw1@cox.net if you do.
