Question
Hi Chrys! Thnks a lot for your useful and quick response!
I was relieved by reading what u had to say.
As for the baby it is now 10pm and it is still breathing.
It went to sleep after I wrapped it in a towel and put him in the
box.
he seems to be recuperating, but I'm not sure.
As for the temperature, 83 °F / 28 °C is currently the status. I
have it on a balcony inside the box so i think it will be kept
warm.
In the cage I have 3 couples, one is a peachface and the other 2
are fischer's. One of the fischer's have the babies.
Should I take the other two out?
I am watching the cage closely though...
I think the babies are like 5 or 6 weeks old.
Please let me know any further info.
Thanks a lot!
M.

Answer
Hi again, Marcos.  If it is still breathing, it may survive.  Good job on your part!  I wanted to commend you for taking action to feed this baby...you did good!

83 degrees should be OK, especially at 5-6 weeks when s/he should have most feathers to help keep it warm.  Try to keep the injured area clean, but as my vet says, don't do anything to cause additional harm/problems.  In other words, if keeping injured area clean hurts the baby or might result in the baby going into shock, etc., then just leave it alone to heal.

Definitely remove all other birds from the cage except for the parents of this baby.  I'm nearly positive another female (other than it's mommy) did this to the baby lovebird.  Keep the baby fed and hydrated and see how it goes.

Much luck with the little one.  This baby still might not survive, but you're off to a good start so far.  It's survival will depend on the extent of the injuries.  With you caring for this baby by hand, it should turn out to be very tame.
