Question
WHAT TEMP. DO YOU KEEP THE EGGS AT, ALSO HOW OFTEN IF EVER SHOULD THE EGGS BE TURNED

Answer
Hi, Randall.  Thanks for posting!

I assume since you are asking these questions, you are manually incubating eggs in an incubator?  Eggs have to be kept at about 90 degrees F, they need to be turned counter clockwise 1/2 way around at least every 12 hours, and humidity has to be kept at a certain level.  Your incubator should have come with directions on temperature and humidity.  Otherwise, check the internet using the string "incubating parrot eggs" or "incubating eggs."  You'll need a hygrometer to monitor humidity.  Once babies hatch, you'll need to handfeed these small little creatures yourself.

If you have parent birds, they should do all the work with their eggs.

Expertise

I`ve been raising/breeding/handfeeding/selling parrots for over 20 years (parakeets/budgies, cockatiels, 6 subspecies of conures, parrotlets, amazons, lovebirds, etc.). I've been published in "Budgies" and "Cockatiels" offered by Bow Tie Productions, and have written avian articles for publication in England. I can provide advice in raising healthy birds, handfeeding/weaning babies, some health problems (although I'm NOT an avian veterinarian), nail/beak/wing clipping, general husbandry, etc. I also have experience with racing/showing homing pigeons. I cannot diagnose specific illness over this website. If you suspect your bird is ill or if you have an emergency, contact an avian veterinarian or emergency pet clinic ASAP.
