Question
Can I take my parakeets out of their cage after the {3} days I have them?
How do I know when my parakeets are getting ready to bite me?'
Why every time I put my hand in my Parakeets cage they always fly?

Answer
Hi, Kadesha.  Thanks for posting!

Sure, you can do whatever you want with your keets.  However, it might be best to allow them some time to get used to their new surroundings in your home, and get used to you and your family, before taking them out of their cage.  They need time to settle down a little.  Moving to a new home is stressful for birds.

There is no way to know in advance when your keets are getting ready to bite you!  I think all bird owners would like to be able to know in advance when their birds are going to bite.  The trick is to get to know your birds well enough to know their behavior and then you might be able to tell in advance when they are going to bite you.

They fly whenever you put your hand in their cage because they don't know you and they probably aren't tame.

Come back with any questions.

Expertise

I`ve been raising/breeding/handfeeding/selling parrots for over 20 years (parakeets/budgies, cockatiels, 6 subspecies of conures, parrotlets, amazons, lovebirds, etc.). I've been published in "Budgies" and "Cockatiels" offered by Bow Tie Productions, and have written avian articles for publication in England. I can provide advice in raising healthy birds, handfeeding/weaning babies, some health problems (although I'm NOT an avian veterinarian), nail/beak/wing clipping, general husbandry, etc. I also have experience with racing/showing homing pigeons. I cannot diagnose specific illness over this website. If you suspect your bird is ill or if you have an emergency, contact an avian veterinarian or emergency pet clinic ASAP.
