Answer
Hi, Yelena.  Thanks for posting!

Your gray needs a variety of healthy, nutritious foods.   You can feed items such as different types of fruits, raw preferred/clean vegetables, multi and whole grain foods such as healthy dry and sugarless cereals/grains/breads, cooked brown rice is a favorite of all my parrots, they like corn bread, cooked lentils/beans, kale/spinach/collard/mustard greens...basically anything healthy and nutritious for humans is great for parrots.  Also, pelleted food is recommended.  Try to limit seed as seed is high in fat and low in nutritional value.  A variety of foods is the key word here.

Do not feed dairy products (parrots are lactose intolerant), avocado, chocolate, caffeine, soda drinks, sugary and salty foods, tea/coffee.

Expertise

I`ve been raising/breeding/handfeeding/selling parrots for over 20 years (parakeets/budgies, cockatiels, 6 subspecies of conures, parrotlets, amazons, lovebirds, etc.). I've been published in "Budgies" and "Cockatiels" offered by Bow Tie Productions, and have written avian articles for publication in England. I can provide advice in raising healthy birds, handfeeding/weaning babies, some health problems (although I'm NOT an avian veterinarian), nail/beak/wing clipping, general husbandry, etc. I also have experience with racing/showing homing pigeons. I cannot diagnose specific illness over this website. If you suspect your bird is ill or if you have an emergency, contact an avian veterinarian or emergency pet clinic ASAP.
