Question
this is my first parrot he was ownad before and talked and now he does not talk how can i get him too talk again

Hi, Danny,

If you just got this bird, you need to give the bird time to settle down and get used to you and its new home.  Moving is stressful on a bird and the bird may just need time.  If the bird talked before, it will most likely talk again...just give it some time.  However, there are no guarantees when it comes to birds.  It may talk and it may not talk...it just depends.  Repetition is key for teaching a bird to talk.  Keep repeating the words/phrases you want the bird to say.

I`ve been raising/breeding/handfeeding/selling parrots for over 20 years (parakeets/budgies, cockatiels, 6 subspecies of conures, parrotlets, amazons, lovebirds, etc.).
