Question
I was on birth control for about 4 months and i got off the pill because during the fourth months i missed 3 days and then a week after that i missed about another 4-5 days so i got off the pill realizing that its not going to help much. Two days after i stopped taking the pills i started my period. Its been about a month & a week since my last period. And i started spotting is this normal?

Answer
Hello,

Did you find out anything yet? I answered your question last week but haven't heard from you. Please respond.

Hi Sawyer,

Thanks for your question. I'm not a medical doctor so of course, I advise you to check with your own physician. This is possibly because of the hormone irregularity from not being regularly on the pills. Is it possible that you could be pregnant? If that's possible, you can go to http://www.optionline.org or call 1-800-395-HELP to find a location to get a free pregnancy test. Are you going to go on another kind of birth control? Please ask a followup question or email me at DCHERYL51@yahoo.com so I can further advise you.

Sincerely,
Diane Cheryl
