Question
I use 21 days pill pack. After 5 days, when I stop using the pills I get menses. Can I have sex without resorting to other birth control methods such as condoms etc during these 5 days. How many chances of being pregnant during these days?
Hi Umba,
As long as you have been taking the pill on time with no missed or late days, you are still protected during your period week and do not need to use a back-up method during that time.
