Birth Control/Off of birth control, no period.

Question
I was on the pill for 7 years, I stopped taking them about a month and a half
ago and I still haven't gotten my period. I have not been sexually active for
about 4 months. I'm not having cramps or any other period symptoms, but I
never get them usually. No pregnancy signs either. I had sex in the beginning
of August, got my period at the end of august, and another in september,
took myself off the pill after my last period and haven't gotten one since. Any
idea what's going on?

Answer
It's not unusual for your period to be late after going off the pills.  Usually your periods will go back to the regularity you had before starting the pills.  Pregnancy seems very unlikely, so I'd just wait for your period.  If it doesn't come in 4-6 months, see a doctor.
