Birth Control/Didn't take last pill in pack

Question
I just realized today on Tuesday I didn't take my last pill on Saturday. In a panic, I took it but have my period right now. Not taking the pill on Saturday brought on my period earlier. I had sex on Saturday, could I have gotten pregnant? And also, should I just start new pack as planned this Sunday?

Answer
Did you get this answer below? I have not heard back from you. Please let me know.

Hi Rachel,

Thanks for your question. I'm not a medical doctor so please consult with your own physician. It's slightly possible that you can get pregnant. There is a chance even if you took the pills all correctly as no birth control method is 100% sure of preventing pregnancy. Except abstinence which means no chance of pregnancy because you are not sexually active. I think the method is to start a new pack of pills on Sunday but I don't recommend the pills. I don't recommend any hormonal method of birth control because I don't think it is healthy for women. If you want to talk more, just email me at DCHERYL51@yahoo.com and I'll answer as soon as I can.

Sincerely,
Diane Cheryl
