Question
hi , i was on depo since july 07 i have not got it since wen it was due in feb  but my period is less the one day a month and extremely light  do U know any reasons wen it would return  properly or wen it would return

Answer
Deb,

Since your last shot was in February, the depo would have been in your system throughout March, April, and May since it works for 3 months. Now throughout June it will be leaving your system. It can sometimes take 2-3 more months for your cycle to return to normal; thats why it can sometimes take a while for women to become pregnant right after stopping birth control.

However, don't expect that the birth control is still effective now, because it can't be depended on. Make sure that if you are sexually active that you use a condom or other birth control method.

Hope I could help!
