Question
I have been taking Yaz birth control for a little over a month now. I have always I had a problem swallowing pills (I know it's silly because of how small they are) but sometimes I notice that the pill dissolve in my mouth before I can swallow it. Does this decrease their efficiency?

Answer
Hi Jess,

I don't really know the answer to your question but you could check with your doctor. I might try to do a little research and find the answer for you. Just email me at DCHERYL51@yahoo.com and we can talk more.
Are you having any side effects or problems taking the birth control pills? Let me know. Maybe you can put the pill in your mouth and drink real fast so it goes down before it dissolves. :)
