Question
I keep changing my Pill and whatever pill I seem to take, I always put on weight.  I even tried the implant and that made me gain weight.  I would like to know, which method would be best for me, anything that does not involve taking hormones.  I have no children and do not want any

Answer
Hi Lynda,

Thanks for your question. I'm glad that you are cautious about taking hormones. I presume that you are sexually active? Or is abstinene a possibility in your life? Otherwise, I could suggest condoms or Natural Family Planning. Of course, condoms are not 100% effective in stopping pregnancy. You can find out more about Natural Family Planning by going to allexperts.com and finding Ramona under NFP. She is the expert about NFP. Please email me at DCHERYL51@yahoo.com and we can talk more.

Sincerely,
