Question
I'm 35 I decided to get off the pill because I've been on for over 10 years off and on. My cycle came June but not July or August I took pregancy test and it's still saying negative what's going on with me?

Answer
Hi Joy,

Thanks for your question. Do you think it's possible that you're pregnant? But I don't know why it wouldn't show up on a test yet. Is it possible that you are having early premenopause or menopause? I haven't known anyone to get menopause that young but I suppose it's possible. Perhaps you should try a checkup at your doctor and see if anything could be wrong. If you'd like to try a pregnancy test at a resource center for free, you can find one at http://www.optionline.org or call 1-800-395-HELP. If you don't live in the U.S. then go to this website

I'm glad you decided to get off the pill and perhaps it's a side effect of going off? Write back and tell me what you think. My email address is DCHERYL51@yahoo.com
Bye for now.

Sincerely,
Diane Cheryl
