Birth Control/postponing period

Question
Hi Mia, I just read a recent answer you gave to someone regarding postponing her period by "switching up" her pills to delay her period for her wedding.  (which I have done in the past and it worked !!)  HOWEVER, I am not taking any kind of birth control now, and due to my 10 year wedding anniversary coming up with major plans I was wandering if there was anyway I could postpone or move up my period ???

Answer
Hi Becky,

Happy anniversary! Unfortunately, there is no way to postpone/move up your period if you are not on hormonal birth control. If birth control is something you are interested in again, you could start taking it and choose a start day that ensures you are on active pills for your anniversary.

I hope this helps. If you have further questions let me know.
